Marc-André Rhéaume, MD, FRCSC

Dr. Marc-André Rhéaume is an ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon practicing at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) since 2011. He specializes in the medical and surgical management of retinal and vitreous diseases. Dr. Rhéaume also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Université de Montréal.

After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Université de Montréal, Dr. Rhéaume completed his ophthalmology residency at the same institution, where he was recognized on the Dean’s Honour List. He then pursued advanced subspecialty training through a two-year fellowship in medical and surgical retina at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear, a teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
