Tanasescu, OD
Dr Cristina Tanasescu, optometrist, earned her doctorate of optometry (O.D.) at the University of Montreal in 2021.
At the Berri Ophthalmology clinic, she focuses on the co-management of corneal disease and preoperative and postoperative care for cataract surgery and corneal surgeries.
Moreover, Dr Tanasescu has a practice focused on pediatric and special needs patients, as well as working in remote areas, at the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB). She also works at the Eye Disease Foundation, in their elementary school visual screening program, and as a consultant. In addition, she is a clinical teacher at the Clinique Universitaire de la Vision of the University of Montreal.
Furthermore, she is currently finishing a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Laval University.
