Sarah Chorfi, MD, FRCSC
Dr.
Sarah Chorfi is an ophthalmologist and surgeon at the Centre
Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM).
After
completing medical school with honors at McGill University, Dr.
Chorfi graduated in Ophthalmology from the University of Montreal.
She then undertook subspecialty training in the field of ophthalmic
genetics at the prestigious Harvard University.
Her
research interests include acquiring a better understanding of the
genetic contribution to ophthalmic conditions, as well as using
bioinformatics to analyze medical data. She has published several
articles in various scientific journals.

career goals include providing excellent clinical care to patients
with ocular conditions such as cataracts and inherited ocular
disorders, as well as contributing significantly to research in my
field.“
